Our quilting machines including computerized  system  can  produce many patterns ranging from conventional to  sophisticated  types  according to Buyer's requests . The sophisticated designs exist in response to the high quality fashion industry and the change of orders received from Buyers. Both  our  manual   and  computerized  quilting  machines  are capable of  producing high quality  quilting products.

 C.  CONTRACTION QUILTING
     *Constriction of a spandex (SP TYPE)
               *A  method for constriction using the tension of a spandex
               *The greatest rate of constriction 50 % (generally 35 %).

 

 3. NEEDLE PUNCH
We also supply quality needle punches as requested by the Buyers. Needle punch is suitable for  jackets  in  the  collar  and  praket   areas.  PT.  Petrasakti   Madyatama provides all weight of needle punch at competitive  prices to  serve  all purposes
